FJA Parent Survey 2008-2009

FJA Parents,
Arizona Department of Education is asking all Districts and Charter School Operators to administer the following question to parents. ADE is required by law (ARS 15-241 DD) to publish classification labels for school districts and charter operators. This is one component specified in the law.
In December's newsletter that is being mailed home the week of November 17 we have included this survey. For those parents that would prefer to complete this one question survey by email, please email Hazel Willis at fja@uneedspeed.net with the following question and answer:
