FJA Parent Survey 2007

Arizona Department of Education is asking all Districts and
Charter School Operators to administer the following
question to our parents. ADE is required by law
(ARS.15-241(DD) to publish classification labels for school
districts and charter operators. This is one component
specified in the law.
The quality of my child's education at his/her school is:
Excellent* Good* Fair* Poor
