The Think SMarTE! program engages and inspires students to discover, explore, and celebrate the world of science, math, technology and engineering through hands-on activities emphasizing FUN. The challenges get students excited about thinking, experimenting and working with one another to create, invent and problem solve. They build catapults, air-powered vehicles, marble rides, egg bungee jumps, solar cookers, and MORE,

 all from ordinary materials such as straws, string, balloons, cotton balls, and anything we can find. 

Think SMarTE! is for students in first through sixth grades and is led by parent volunteers who share the passion of exploration through hands-on activities. Together, they help students build creativity, teamwork, and boost their self-esteem as they build their own inventions from scratch and learn to never give up.
